It is our goal to have only satisfied customers. Therefore
we try to keep it simple and easy.
If you are not satisfied with a product. Send it back within 30 days
and we will give you a refund. Of course only if the product is in its
original condition. We will have to charge a handling fee.
We will send goods only after receiving funds.
Some goodies, e.g. paintings, are slightly different than shown on
this website because they are unique. If you are not sure about any
product, we will be happy to send you pictures of exactly the one
you will receive. Just drop us an email.
We tried to be as exact as possible with description and size
measurements. Please inquire if certain attributes are of high
importance.
Some of the products are rather expensive and we can not afford to
have thousands of them in our inventory. If you plan on ordering a
larger number of items, please inquire first and we will see what
we can do. All items in stock are shipped within 2 days of order.
